The 2kW Dimmable Infrared Heater Lamp with Remote Control is a 220–240V wall-mounted outdoor heater featuring a gold infrared element, three heat settings (1000W, 1500W and 2000W), IPX5 water resistance and a durable aluminium body.
Ideal for restaurants, smoking shelters, outdoor seating areas and workshops, it provides adjustable radiant warmth with a supplied mounting bracket and 1.9m power cable.
⚠️Important Note: This infrared heater is not compatible with Infresco controllers, as it features its own built-in remote dimmable control system.

The 2kW Dimmable Infrared Heater Lamp with Remote Control delivers customisable radiant warmth for outdoor and semi-outdoor spaces. Designed for commercial and domestic environments, this infrared heater combines a durable aluminium body, an IPX5 weather-resistant rating and a convenient dimmable remote control. The gold lamp heating element offers a rated lifespan of up to 5,000 hours, while the included wall-mounting bracket allows the heater to be positioned for effective heat distribution.

Temperature Test Data
The measured surface temperature demonstrates that the heater becomes extremely hot during operation. Appropriate mounting clearances and the manufacturer’s safety instructions must be followed.
The 2kW infrared heater uses a gold infrared lamp to emit radiant heat towards people and objects within its heating area. Rather than relying solely on warming the surrounding air, infrared radiation provides targeted warmth, making this type of heater useful for outdoor seating and designated work areas.
The included remote control allows users to select one of three power levels:
The wall-mounted bracket allows the direction of the heater to be adjusted vertically within the permitted installation limits. Always isolate the heater from the mains supply before adjusting its angle.

The IPX5 rating supports use in appropriate exposed environments, provided the heater is installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable electrical safety requirements.
Important: This heater must be installed horizontally. Vertical installation is not permitted.
