Bespoke Design Solutions
Require a specialist product? We can do that… Our extensive product range covers the majority of power control applications. However, if you have a specific requirement which cannot be met by a standard ‘off-the-shelf’ product, our engineers have the ability to offer bespoke design solutions. Taking into account your product application, operating environment and commercial demands, our technical team will work with you from the initial design concept, through to a fully functioning compliant product. We provide full product testing and approvals are available to support bespoke products.

As a design and manufacturing company, producing an ever-increasing range of electronic power controllers, our Production department is the heart of United Automation. Varying from small orders to mass production, our team pride themselves on satisfying customer needs with delivering products on time. Our Production team and Quality department ensure all products are manufactured to a high quality and standard, meeting with our ISO 9001 accreditation and all products produced are CE Marked. We place significant emphasis on continual improvements and ‘lean manufacturing’ techniques.

On average 60,000 individual units are sent out each year after being manufactured on our premises.
Same Day Dispatch
For stock products, we offer same day dispatch when orders are placed before 2.30pm.

PCB Manufacture
Specialising in through-hole PCB assembly & some Surface-Mount based circuits for robust electronic foundations.
Wiring
From internal wiring of control products to full-scale panel wiring projects, ensuring precise electrical connections.
Polyurethane Potting
To improve moisture protection & heat transfer characteristics, many of United Automation's products are sealed with polyurethane resin for enhanced durability.
Wave Soldering
For volume production, most PCBs are populated, cropped & soldered using our advanced wave-soldering machines, ensuring efficiency and consistent quality.
Mechanical Workshop
Equipped with various types of fabrication & engineering equipment to machine metal or plastic parts & build mechanical assemblies as part of complete electrical controllers.
PIC Programming
Many of our products are designed around dedicated software, so PIC processors are programmed in-house, in our ESH (Electrostatic Discharge Safe Handling) area, for optimal functionality.
Wire-Cutting & Stripping
Cables and wires are precisely prepared using our advanced wire-cutting and stripping equipment, maintaining quality and improving efficiencies.
3-Phase & 1-Phase Testing
All manufactured products undergo rigorous full-testing. We have dedicated areas & test equipment to carry out both 3-phase & single-phase testing, ensuring every unit meets performance specifications.
