The RIR120CDS060B is a high-performance 1200V Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky Diode designed for high-efficiency, high-frequency power conversion in demanding industrial and energy applications. With zero to negligible reverse recovery and low forward voltage, this device significantly reduces switching losses, improves system efficiency, and enables higher switching frequencies.

Engineered for robustness and long-term reliability, the RIR120CDS060B features a maximum junction temperature of 175°C, fast switching performance independent of temperature, and high surge current capability.
