PR1-E-6kW Single Phase Burst Fire Power Controller

The PR1-E-6kW is a high-capacity single-phase burst fire power controller designed to provide precise and reliable control of resistive heating loads. Using advanced fast pulse zero-voltage switching technology, it delivers smooth power regulation while minimising mains flicker and eliminating radio frequency interference (RFI).

Engineered for HVAC, industrial heating, and process control applications, the PR1-E-6kW offers flexible operation through either DC signal control or manual potentiometer adjustment. Integrated high-speed semiconductor fuse protection, automatic over-temperature monitoring, and an enclosed heatsink provide enhanced safety and long-term reliability in demanding environments.

Safety Information

  • Always isolate the power supply before removing the cover.
  • The heatsink and metal components may become extremely hot during operation.
  • Do not obstruct enclosure ventilation openings.
  • A load break switch and contact breaker should be installed in the load supply.
  • The contactor coil supply should be interrupted by an over-temperature thermostat and airflow monitoring device where appropriate.
