Dual Thyristor Module 1600V, 330A 150mA
A high-power dual thyristor module designed for demanding industrial control and rectification duties. Built with an electrically isolated base plate and beryllium oxide substrate, the IRK 330 Series enables compact assemblies on common heatsinks while delivering excellent thermal performance and high surge capability.
These modules can be interconnected to form single-phase or three-phase bridges, or configured as AC switches in anti-parallel arrangements—ideal for heavy-duty power control applications.
