The PR1-E-6kW is a robust 6kW (25A) Single-Phase Thyristor Stack designed for 230V resistive loads. Featuring fast-pulse zero-volt burst firing, it eliminates RFI and reduces electrical flicker in heating and HVAC systems. With an integrated 30A semiconductor fuse, 0–10V/0–5V DC control, and an automatic 90°C over-temperature trip, it provides a safe, low-maintenance solution for battery heaters, hot water tanks, and industrial process heating.

Description

The PR1-E-6kW from United Automation is a compact, enclosed thyristor stack designed for precise control of single-phase resistive loads using DC signal control.

Using fast pulse zero-volt burst firing, the PR1 range minimises flicker and eliminates RFI issues, making it ideal for heating and HVAC applications. With integral semiconductor fuses, heatsink, and automatic over-temperature protection, this unit delivers reliable, low-maintenance performance with straightforward installation.
